You will be able to see your home in 3-D (inside and out) with the options and selections you're considering. It’s much less expensive to make changes with a click of a button before construction begins, rather than making changes to the design as you go.

3-D visualization + renderings of interior and exterior of home, to help make final decisions and selections
Dimensioned floor plan of each room with furniture + item placement and location

Lighting plan will include placement of recessed lighting and ceiling fixtures.

My Process

1. Initial consult

This is a chance for us to meet, see your house and discuss everything that has been weighing on your mind as you try to mesh your existing home with your new design project!

I will take any necessary measurements and pictures at that time.

2. design plan

With my 3-D design services, you’ll be able to see all your ideas come to life in the interior, as well as the exterior of your home!

We’ll play around with different layouts, options and finishes and make changes with a click of a button. This will really help you visualize yourself and your family in your space!

3. material + Finish selections

Once you finalize your floor plan, I'll guide you through selecting cohesive finishes, materials and details to create a design plan that will flow throughout your home.

We will work through flooring, paint colors, cabinetry design + finishes, countertop, tile, door styles, lighting and plumbing fixtures and any other necessary selections!

+ What do your services cost?

I charge a flat rate for any initial consultation based on your location and hourly for my design services.

+ Do you draft construction drawings/documents?

No. I draft house plans from your dimensions as a visual tool for you. I am happy to work through floor plan options to create something custom for you, but I leave construction documents to the professionals.

+ Do you help make all the finish selections?

Yes! I will assist you in making selections to bring your design to life! Whether it's wall paint colors, cabinetry color+finish, countertops, siding, roofing or plumbing fixtures...I'll be there through it all.

+ Are you able to give 3D visuals for exterior too?

Yes! My 3D renderings assist you in visualizing the interior, as well as the exterior of your home, inlcuding roof lines + pitches, window + door styles and placement etc.

+ Why do I need your services in addition to my contractor and/or architect?

Contractors are great at what they do and they can get the job done, but sometimes thinking outside the box isn't their speciality. I take a creative approach by reimagining your space, without the distraction of how it looks now and slowly put it back together to achieve a plan that works best for you!
